Evelina Collin Reuterfors and Jämtlands Bryggeri in collaboration

The Food Creator Evelina Collin Reuterfors and Jämtlands Bryggeri in collaboration – launching signature beer in 2026. The food creator, journalist and Influencer Evelina Collin Reuterfors, known from several seasons of Sveriges Mästerkock, the podcast Efter Rätten and one of Sweden's largest food accounts in terms of reach on Instagram, is now entering into a collaboration with the award-winning craft brewery Jämtlands Bryggeri. Together they are developing a new beer that will be launched in spring 2026. The background to the collaboration is personal for Evelina, who discovered early on that she was allergic to certain substances in red wine – which made fine dinners less enjoyable. Instead, she began exploring the world of beer and quickly found that beer contains at least as many flavor sensations and pairing possibilities as wine does. As a food creator, she spent several years delving into beer as a pairing drink with food and began composing dishes from all corners of the world with carefully selected beers as complements. About a year ago, an idea emerged to create her own signature beer: a beer that is broad, accessible and easy to like – but with a clear identity and high gastronomic usability. Through us at Ninetone, Evelina came into contact with Jämtlands Bryggeri, one of Sweden's most decorated breweries with over 30 years of award-winning brewing craftsmanship and one of the country's largest medal collections. "It felt right immediately. Here there is both the craftsmanship, the breadth and the respect for flavors that I really share. Getting to make a really good beer that doesn't cost a fortune and works just as well with a good ramen as with Gubbröran is a dream come true – Evelina Collin Reuterfors The new beer, which Evelina is developing together with the Jämtland brewery, is a classic lager. It is brewed to be easy to drink and popular, but with a recognizable signature that makes it distinctive in taste and useful for many different types of international cuisines. This is an incredibly exciting project with a profile that is just right for us. Moreover, 2026 is a jubilee year as Jämtlands Bryggeri turns 30. - Anders Thelenius, CEO Jämtlands Bryggeri The brewery's marketing manager also sees the collaboration as something out of the ordinary. Normally, collaborations that extend beyond the craft beer industry are characterized by low knowledge about beer as a drink. In our collaboration with Evelina, we have simply been able to skip the first 5 steps and quickly moved into rewarding work and are on track to create a beer that, in addition to highlighting Evelina as a person, also showcases what we as a brewery can do. - Alexandra Lindgren Jansson, Marketing Manager Jämtlands Bryggeri
