Joakim Lundell visited Idol as his alter ego Stephanie Lundell on Saturday, 31 October 2026. He took part in the results segment when twelve contestants competed to continue in the show. Joakim is represented by NINETONE Management.
Stephanie delivered the evening's results when nine contestants remained to receive their verdicts. Shanaya Isaksson took the last spot through, while Armin Bolhassani and Theo Han Jönsson were eliminated. That left ten contestants in this year's Idol.
The character Stephanie emerged in connection with a project for YouTube, in which Joakim took on the role for a period. In an interview with TV4, he says the experience has helped him get to know himself on a different level. He has chosen to continue as Stephanie even after the planned period for the project ended.
