Ninetone becomes the first in Sweden to produce Microdrama!

Together with Agnes Matsdotter we are launching a completely new way of telling stories, where a drama series and a music album develop side by side and are released in parallel. The result is a cohesive universe where music and plot drive each other forward.

The series consists of 48 short episodes published during spring on TikTok and Instagram. Premiere on February 26th. Each song is part of the story and moves the plot forward. Together they depict a story about love and obsession, how something that starts cute and innocent can slowly turn into something completely different.

Agnes plays the lead role herself and has also written the screenplay, making the project both personal and artistically unified. We appear to be the first in Sweden and possibly also internationally to combine an ongoing drama series on social platforms with a full-length album in this way.

The first single from the album is En sista gång, created by Agnes and Alex Shield. The song is released on February 27th and revolves around the fleeting nature of life and the value of being fully present in the moment. With great honesty, Agnes sings about how every moment carries something unique and in the series the song becomes a key to the story's beginning.
