Simon Imhäuser - a world champion & Ninetone

World champion, coach and creator – Simon Imhäuser has made strength, technique and body control his trademark.

Simon Imhäuser is a Swedish calisthenics athlete, internationally known as "Imhausers". In 2025 he became world champion in freestyle in the heavyweight class. He is also a multiple Swedish champion.

With a background in competitive swimming, Simon discovered calisthenics as a teenager. The opportunity to constantly learn new movements gave him a new direction.

As a taller and heavier athlete, he has built his training around developing advanced skills without letting his body size set the limits.

On Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, Simon shares training, technique, challenges and the development behind his achievements. He combines his competitive experience with educational content that makes a visually spectacular sport understandable and accessible.

Through online coaching, training programs and his Calisthenics Masterclass, he helps others build strength and learn bodyweight exercises.
