Bronco: Gothenburg's Punk Heroes with Tradition and Energy

Bronco is a Swedish punk band from Gothenburg, founded in 2010, which has quickly made a name for itself on the Swedish punk scene. The band consists of Mats Drougge (vocals and guitar), Nick West (bass) and Peter Ottoson (drums). With influences from legendary bands such as Sex Pistols, The Clash and American powerpop, Bronco delivers a powerful mix of traditional punk rock and energetic rock. Mats Drougge has a solid background in Swedish punk, former member of iconic bands such as Straitjacket, Liket Lever and Perverts. After a hiatus, Drougge returned to music and formed Bronco together with Magnus Neundorf from The Partisans. Drummer Peter Ottoson, originally from Umeå, also plays with the band Strandvägen. Bronco combines raw energy with melodic sensibility and has created a strong presence on the punk rock scene. With its unique sound and roots in both Swedish and international punk, Bronco continues to reach new heights and appeal to a broad audience.
